At JOC Goods, we want you to love every piece in your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition and packaging. Please note that certain items like custom furniture or final sale pieces are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your home goods.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
