We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that some oversized furniture items may be subject to a restocking fee.
How do I care for my JOC Goods textiles and wooden items?
Each product comes with specific care instructions. Generally, we recommend spot cleaning textiles with mild detergent and using food-grade mineral oil to maintain the luster of our handcrafted wooden kitchenware.

Currently, JOC Goods ships to the contiguous United States, Canada, and the UK. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
